- You are required to raid at least 4 days a week in order to stay in the guild.
- We expect people to focus on raids.
- You should have at least FULL blue/epic heroic/badge level 80 gear!
- The age requirement is 16, but if you feel you are mature and you can show this you are always welcome to apply.
- You must have ventrilo.
- You must have the required addons to raid (DBM, CTRA(or ORA), Omen,...)
- You must understand english clearly and be able to write it.
- You are required to be at the raid instance when the invites start.
- Everyone has a 10min afk break on every raid, but only during trash.
- Top enchanted gear with the best gems for your spec.
- You should always try to improve yourself, and if you as all human do make a mistake be sure you know what you did wrong and do whatever it takes not to repeat that mistake.
- If we point out that there is something you could/should have done better, accept it and improve, do not deny mistakes that 50% of the raid sees, just say sorry and dont repeat it.
- Whine during progress raids is not tolerated in raidchat nor vent, this should be taken in whispers with the raidleader/guildmaster preferably after raid.
- Always have yourself in focus, you should not correct others before you are maxing it yourself. Often whine on others mistakes results in YOU making one yourself and not focusing on your raid role/tasks.
- Don't be afraid of theorycrafting around gear, raidroles, speces and other guild related stuff with our raiding members.
- We are expecting you to be a good players with confidence in your skills, that has dps/tps/hps output equal to your current gear and tasks in the raid.- When we put you to do a certain task we expect a good improving performance on that task. (Key word is IMPROVING)
- If you for some reason have to go AFK, miss a raid day, leave the raid early we WANT to be told upfront.
- To increase youre own performance and reduce downtime we require you to always have read up on base boss abilities and how the encounters work PRE attending farm content (kills after 1. kill)

Lootsystem
- DKP system, Set values for each random epic / T7.5 part.
- DKP earnt on showup and bosskills. Encounter practice pre first kills is also rewarded with 5dkp per good try.
