From what i've heard, Restricted is a pretty strict guild. Wich I hope is not true, Because I like guilds wich have alot of fun during raiding, without decreasing the level of focus. Ofcourse- On progressive bosses being strict is a really good thing, But on grinding instances such as NAXX I'd really prefer to do it a bit more relaxed (As mentioned above, Not decreasing the amount of focus).
For the rest of it, I heard nothing but good things and therefor i'd really love to join. I know some (ex) members in restriced, Wich will [Hopefully] Vouch for me.

We are a strict guild when it comes to progress raids, outside progress raids we are relaxed and fun, tough if the focus is dropped the fun must be put aside until it's back.
